Decolonizing Therapy

Dr. Jennifer Mullan is the author of the book “Decolonizing Therapy: Oppression, Historical Trauma & Politicizing Your Practice,” and is a dynamic and highly sought after international speaker.

In December 2017, Dr. Mullan created the Decolonizing Therapy Instagram, which has grown a large, enthusiastic following and profoundly shifted the world’s understanding of therapy and mental health.

Decolonizing Therapy shines a bright and loving light on the core wound of colonialism so that we can begin to heal.

Black Men Therapy Fund 

Black Men's Therapy Fund is a small team that works to remove barriers of entry to mental health/wellness tools, and the stigmas around Black men seeking mental health supports.

As a solution-oriented artist, Grandma writes as part of her DIY approach to mental health and well-being. Some of her reflections are being developed into booklets for others to use at their own discretion.
