The One-Minute Word Pause: A Gratitude Tile Challenge
Sometimes getting your mind off your problems lessens the weight for a minute. That minute can be vital. Minutes multiplied, I believe, save lives.
Today I am not offering therapy, a lesson or a cure. I am offering a game.
Take your minute.

Use all seven rack tiles and the two gold-ringed letters already on the board. Make one nine-letter word across. Every tile must connect. No diagonals.
Don't rush to the answer. Let your mind go somewhere else for a minute.
Ready to check your word? The answer is below.

Gratitude is one of the tonics I return to. The game is not treatment. It is a pause—a small way to put the mind somewhere else for a minute.
Sometimes a minute matters.
